This research consisted of in-depth interviews with customers to understand interest level in Extended Order Horizons (EOH) - the practice of a customer placing an order that will be delivered or picked up in 2-6 days.
This research enabled business teams to understand use cases for EOH and how to best promote and incentivize its usage.
